In the rare occurrence you'd like to return your item:
- Returns are not accepted for customized bracelets unless it's an error on IF Only Pretty's side. Eg: it's the wrong word stamped, wrong color of bracelet etc...
- Or we send you a new bracelet free of charge and you keep the original one.
